1. Acceptance of Terms

During registration, you are required to provide true, complete and current information including your full name, mobile number, email and valid identification details. klwin19 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport for identity verification (KYC) purposes before processing any withdrawal.

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to have one active account at klwin19. Holding multiple accounts under the same name or the same device information is strictly prohibited. If this breach is detected, all related accounts will be frozen and balances cancelled.

2.4 Account Transfer

A klwin19 account is personal and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other party. Any attempt to transfer an account will be considered a breach of terms and will result in account termination.

3. Platform Use and General Rules

As a klwin19 member, you agree to use this platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any business entity or third party. The use of any automation software, bots, scripts or other tools to access the platform without authorisation is prohibited.

You also agree not to:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

klwin19 supports several popular payment methods in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

klwin19 offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM150, bringing your account balance to RM250. For a deposit of RM1,400, the bonus received is RM1,000, bringing the account balance to RM2,400.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted. For example, a bonus of RM150 requires total bets of RM2,250 (RM150 × 15) before a withdrawal can be made. For a bonus of RM1,000, the wagering requirement is RM15,000 (RM1,000 × 15).

5.3 General Promotion Terms

Each promotion offered by klwin19 has its own terms and conditions which will be stated when the promotion is launched. General terms that apply to all promotions include:

• Each member is eligible to claim each promotion once only unless stated otherwise
• klwin19 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if its usage terms are breached
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of all bonuses

7. Responsible Gambling

8.2 Termination by klwin19

klwin19 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if any of the following is found to have occurred:

8.3 Effects of Termination

9. Limitation of Liability

klwin19 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from errors. However, we make every effort to keep the platform running properly and provide 24/7 support to address any technical issues.

klwin19 is not responsible for:

• Service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond our control
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by members
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to member negligence

In all circumstances, klwin19's liability is limited to the amount you have deposited into your account.

10. Amendment of Terms

klwin19 reserves the right to amend, update or improve these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via email or platform notification within a reasonable period before the amendments take effect.

Continued use of the platform after notification of changes is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect by contacting our support team.
